Delivery Scheduling:

arrangements. The lead time may vary based on the order size and delivery distance.
b. Delivery Appointment: Before delivery, our logistics team will contact the customer to schedule a suitable delivery
date and time. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location during the agreed-upon time slot to accept
the order.
Unloading Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate space and suitable unloading facilities at the delivery location. Our
delivery team will make efforts to place materials in the designated area, but ultimate unloading responsibility lies with
the customer.
Delivery Acceptance:
Upon delivery, customers or their representatives must inspect the delivered items for visible damages or
discrepancies. Any issues must be reported immediately to our delivery team, with photographic evidence if required.
Change or Cancellation of Delivery:
a. Change Requests: For delivery date or address modifications, please notify us at least 5 business days before the
scheduled delivery date. We will accommodate requests based on availability.
b. Cancellation Policy: To cancel a delivery, inform us at least 5 business days before the scheduled date. Depending
on the order processing stage, cancellation charges may apply.

Return Policy for V&G Industrial Wire, Inc.
At V&G Industrial Wire, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are
not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any of your V&G Industrial Wire, Inc. products that are unused and
in new condition within 10 days (for store orders) of the purchase date for a refund, excluding shipping and handling
fees. Please note that no refunds will be issued after the specified days.
Important Information Regarding Your Return:
Returned product must be unused and in its original condition.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping returned products to V&G Industrial Wire, Inc.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, V&G Industrial Wire, Inc. will process your refund for the
purchase price.
Custom cut materials are non-refundable and cannot be returned for credit.
All Sheets and Scraps are non-refundable and cannot be returned for credit.
A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns.
If a refund is owed for the material, it will be issued once the material arrives back to us.
Our liability is limited to replacing the material or refunding the invoice value of the material sold.
Return Process:
Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
Carefully package the unused and new condition products, ensuring they are adequately protected for safe transit.
Clearly label the package with the provided RA number.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your refund, excluding shipping and handling
fees, and apply any applicable restocking fees.
Exclusions:
Please note that custom cut materials, Sheets, and Scraps are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
We will work to resolve the issue promptly and provide a suitable solution.
Cancellations:
To cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been
